The Wines

The grapes for this wine were harvested from vineyards in Northern Sonoma County, Paso Robles, and Napa Valley.

The wines were fermented separately in stainless tanks for 6 days and pumped over 4 times a day for maximum extraction. After blending, the wine was aged in small oak barrels for 15 months.

The aromas and flavors are of raspberries, bing cherries, sage, spice, and black pepper. Full and rich on the palate, with soft and balanced tannins. Enjoy with anything grilled, any spicy dish, or anything barbequed. Serve chilled for summer enjoyment
